Dr. Nhat Nguyen is the visionary founder of Meridian Integrative Wellness, established in 2010 to serve the Jacksonville, Orange Park and the surrounding northeast Florida communities. Driven by his commitment to superior health care, his state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to assisting patients in achieving optimal well-being. With a focus on addressing musculoskeletal problems, Dr. Nguyen and his team expertly tackle ailments ranging from back and neck pain to sports injuries, arthritis, sciatica, and accident-related injuries.
A proud alumnus of New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Nguyen’s specialization stems from an extensive background in sports chiropractic.
Outside the clinic, he’s a enthusiast of the outdoors, relishing activities like tennis, golf, fishing, and any other open-air pursuits. Dr. Nguyen’s blend of expertise, passion, and personal interests underscores his holistic approach to health and life.

Dr. Dan Vish, a native of Pennsylvania, is a distinguished graduate of the prestigious Palmer Chiropractic College. With proficiency in diversified adjustment techniques; Dr. Vish seamlessly marries his background in sports chiropractic with the nuances of functional medicine. Beyond his technical expertise, he passionately believes in a tri-fold philosophy of healing, emphasizing the physical, chemical, and emotional aspects to holistically treat the body.
When he’s not dedicating himself to the well-being of his patients, Dr. Vish indulges in golf, takes pleasure in fixing things around the house, and cherishes moments spent with his family. A sports enthusiast at heart, he supports the Penn State football team and cheers for the Pittsburgh Penguins every season. Dr. Vish’s comprehensive approach to health and zest for life resonate deeply with all those he treats and mentors.

SCOTT MICHAELS M.D.

Dr. Scott Michaels, a dedicated medical professional, completed his Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Medicine Rockford, IL, between 2010 and 2013, after earning his medical degree from Saint Matthews University School of Medicine. Certified as an Aerospace Medical Examiner, Dr. Michaels offers a diverse range of medical services including Diabetic Care, Weight Loss programs, Chronic Disease Care, and joint injections for knee, back, and shoulder issues. He also specializes in Urgent Care, Well Women Care, Physical Exams, Pediatric Care, and the management of Asthma and COPD.
Beyond his medical pursuits, Dr. Michaels is an avid martial arts enthusiast, passionate traveler, and believes in savoring the joys of life to the fullest.

TANISHA ANDERSON

As a Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of combined experience in the medical field, the passion Dr. Anderson has for health promotion and disease prevention runs deep. Having worked the greater portion of her career in critical care, she has seen many people fall extremely ill and essentially become captives of their diseases. “Many don’t know where to start or how to manage their illnesses” she concedes.
